We understand in NetSuite we aren't reporting for reporting’s sake. Our goal is to provide valuable reports that provide engaging insights and/or decreasing effort to complete a process. With this service you will have a resource to strictly work on reporting. We will first have an introductory call to align and define reports required for success. After our introductory session, we will work with end users on refining the reports, and once approved, we will publish in your production instance.
We provide a retainer based support model as well! With this service a resource will be available for a predefined number of hours a month. This provides your company comfort and expertise, while limiting the cost of a dedicated resource. Our goal is to consume the total amount of hours every month, and after a couple of months adjust the contract to increase or decrease hours. This service will require a minimum of 5 hours a month. SLA will be within 24 hours.
We provide 20 or 40 hours of dedicated support a week. During these designated hours our resources will strictly work on your instance. A resource will be available on demand during these timeslots for meetings and project work. Projects may include, but are not limited to, month-end close errors/troubleshooting, workflow customizations, form customizations, and integrations. Our resource will work hand in hand with your project sponsors and ensure tasks are completed on time!
